Sloth, lust, greed may send shivers down the spine of any good Catholic school child. But did you know that these Deadly sins also have roots buried deep in Agile Development methodologies?
Temptation to sin manifests in the most unlikely of places, the Agile development team of a cloud management startup. We've given into the temptation of making prideful assumptions about product capabilities, lusted after the latest feature, and envied competitors capabilities in growing our startup to a multi-million dollar revenue generating startup. In this presentation, we jump head first in with our temptations. Our story shows how we've learned humility and humbleness. Our experience is not unique but it's a story that resonates with all software development teams and entrepreneurs. We'll share our experiences and show how to resist the temptations of the 7 Deadly Sins of the Agile Startup.
