Good retrospectives help build productive, fun Teams - come grow your knowledge of the 'how' and 'why' of retrospectives

Good feedback loops alone don't ensure Agile success, but poor and/or nonexistent feedback loops guarantee failure. The Product Demo at the end of the iteration provides feedback on the product's current state and its future improvements, and the Retrospective is the primary feedback loop for the Team to learn, improve, and grow. It you agree that better Teams deliver better products, ask "Are your Retrospectives helping develop your Team(s) into all that they can be?"
