For many organizations, truly being agile (not just doing Scrum) requires a cultural transformation - much more than a Scrum 'adoption' or Agile 'transition'. We will describe John Kotter's 8-step model for leading change as a framework for Agile transformation. We will also share concrete techniques and lessons learned applying the model for a highly successful agile transformation within a 2000-person organization.
